Washed Nepali arabica from the Lalitpur hills, warehoused in Dallas–Fort Worth. One harvest, one lot, offered green to roasters who want to finish it themselves.
The lot
Cupped at 84 with zero category one defects. Chocolate-forward, malty, with soft vanilla sweetness and a buttery body. Mild, well-integrated acidity. Recommended medium to medium-dark — that range brings the chocolate and malt forward and supports the natural sweetness.

How it works
Ordering
The 1 lb and 5 lb boxes check out directly and ship from our DFW warehouse. Full 60 lb bags are released by allocation — send a note and we confirm availability against the current lot before you pay.
Delivery
Free local delivery across Dallas–Fort Worth on wholesale orders. Everything else ships from DFW, typically within two business days. FILL IN flat rate outside the metroplex.
The lot
200 kg from a single harvest, fully washed, one origin. We do not blend it and we do not restock it mid-season. When the lot closes, the next one arrives with the next picking.
